the partners have established a corporate culture that not only encourages,
but has a track record of community involvement. The company and all
associates have selected charities, community groups and religious organizations
to devote time and money to their betterment. Recognizing the link between
Millennium's success as a company and the need and desire to participate
in the community, the partners request that each associate devote one
business day a month to serving the group of their choice.Some of our work has included: • Coaching a little league football team • Chairing the Fall Festival for an elementary school • Coordinating meals and services at a homeless shelter • Serving Thanksgiving dinner to preschoolers • Financially supporting youth service trips overseas • Serving on the Board of a charitable organization • Providing clothing and toys for children over the holidays • Tutoring elementary students specifically in “English as a second language” Yes, we are a business but underneath the business we are committed to our community and recognize the value in serving others. |
